“Creative a strong business and building a better world are not conflicting goals – they are not essential ingredients for long-term success.” – Bill Ford

OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PLEDGE:

The management team at Triangle Design Limited are committed to making a positive difference where we have the influence to do so. We strive to give back to the communities in which we do business, supporting the education and learning of those who are the future generation of our economy, taking responsibility for the environment and giving immediate aid to reduce poverty.

ENVIRONMENT:

We understand that the nature of our work can have a negative impact on the environment as a result we have devised an Environment Policy to address this wide issue – please see separate document.

OUR PEOPLE:

We are committed to creating a fair work place that encourages people to achieve the best that they can. There is no place at Triangle Design for discrimination, harassment or bullying of any means. We encourage positive work ethics, continual open communication with staff and encourage personal development. We also actively encourage participation in charitable outreaches.

EDUCATION:

We recognise that students are the next generation of employees, management and business leaders. Partnering with education organisations we aim to encourage and equip the next generation with some experience while imparting positive work ethics. The management team also commit to giving two or three days a year and any necessary resources to support local colleges supporting events which prepare students for the working environment

GIVING:

The management are committed corporately to giving aid to those in need – pledging a minimum of 1% of turnover each year. This is achieved through regular corporate giving to Kiva.org, Business against Poverty and a selection of other charities that support people in poverty or crisis. Management and staff regularly take part in fund raising events to raise funds individually or as a team. These have included running half marathons, abseiling down Clifton Gorge, charity cycle rides, hosting charity dinners, or simply growing moustaches for Movember. A range of charities have been supported including Christians Against Poverty, CLIC, St Peters Hospice, Shelter, Compassion and Meningitis UK.
