Lockdown has given us the opportunity to look back on some of our earlier projects and see how relevant these are today.
One example is a series of play tables that we designed and produced for De'Longhi to promote their coffee machines live in Curry’s stores across the nation.
Experiential retailing like this has since, really caught on – being able to test coffee machines and see how they work is something you will never get from a picture on the box or looking at the machine on a shelf.
Whilst online videos are a good substitute, nothing works as well as real life, touch and feel of experiencing something first-hand.
These play tables were rolled out to stores from Bristol to Norwich and incorporated in built power feeds, a fridge for keeping milk and promotional screens.
Nice to know work we were doing 10 years ago still has a place in the market place today.
