We saw a specific opportunity for Paul to improve the take away journey and create a more coherent sense of ‘convenience + excellence’ without spending too much dough. A tricky balance in a traditional environment. We formulated a number of elegant yet impactful suggestions ranging from in-store theatre (POS ‘shrine’ around the ovens, camouflaged TVs etc), to a practical makeover for POS templates - highlighting offers with clearer layouts, less clutter and tasteful, typographic flare. Even the finest traditional recipes need fresh ingredients.
