Project & Account Executive – part-time - this position has been filled!

Triangle Design Ltd is an established retail agency based on the out-skirts of Bristol and specialises in the Toy & Baby sector. Producing retail displays, exhibitions, shop-in-shops for clients such as Lego, Chicco, Toys R Us.

Triangle Design are currently looking for an account executive to assist growing client relationships within our current client base. The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within your accounts. You’ll be a proactive and organised member of our account services team, identifying growth opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves while ensuring each project is managed to budget whilst achieving critical deadlines.

Objectives of this Role

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding needs and delivering exceptional customer services on a daily basis

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

  • Communicate between directors, project managers, suppliers and studio

  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends

  • Upholding Triangle’s reputation for best practices in customer service

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations

  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with development for existing clients

  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.

  • Project manage jobs through the business from brief to delivery.

  • Maintain a database of clients, partners, and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities within these accounts

  • Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn systems

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects

Hours: 25 hours per week – 5 hours per day

Salary: £24,000 per annum pro-rata

Office: based in Emersons Green, Bristol.
